    My recipe I've used for years is very similar to yours. I haven't tried the fish sauce. I also add about a heaping teaspoon of sugar. Just adds a little sweet to it.

    I love this channel, but I almost choked on this one! When you pulled the first batch out to drain, the captions said " set on Iraq to drain"! Glad I was drinking iced tea instead of hot, because I snorted tea out my nose!! That being said, I cannot wait to try these!😂👵

    Thanks for sharing. I have made this before it is pretty easy to make, but they tend to explode while frying it was such a mess so I stopped making them after that first try. Do have tips to prevent the exploding episode. Thank you i advance. This is my fave snacks while living in the US now I have moved to Mlaysia and could not find it anywhere.. And I want to make it on my own.
