I have been making acai bowls for the last month for breakfast and thought I'd share my recipe even though I make it in quite an unconventional way lol I get the acai packets from Trader Joe's they are so cheap compared to other retailers and 100% unsweetened! How I make mine:

    Prep time 5 mins
    Chill time 15 mins

    Ingredients:
    1 acai packet
1 cup coconut milk yogurt (I get the individual cultured vanilla coconut milk from Trader Joe's)
    Cereal/granola of your choice
    Fresh fruit of your choice

Take an acai packet out of the freezer and plop it in a bowl (unopened). Then I run the hot water cycle on my Keurig over the packet and let it sit while I cut my fruit (usually raspberries) Usually by the time I'm done the packet is thaw so I will pour out the water, rinse the bowl and place the thawed acai packet on the side. Then I add my yogurt, it's important to add the yogurt before the acai and make sure to stir so the consistency is nice and smooth. Then pour your acai packet in, mixing as you go. Since the consistency will be liquidy I usually take the whole bowl and chill it in the freezer for 15-20 mins and it comes out similar to an ice cream. After that pour some cereal or granola over and add fresh fruit! Super filling and easy to make 🙂
