Bone broth is such a great thing to add to any meal. The protein amount will go up in your soup and more protein is always good especially if you're trying to get atleast 95 grams of protein a day for a carnivore type diet. Thanks for these recipes for hamburger. My family was getting really upset with hamburger helper😅

I have a crockpot with a sauté function and I absolutely love it! Browning ground beef, searing roasts or pork chops, and then cooking right in it makes it so easy and efficient. Be careful when buying one, because some of them will advertise in a way that leads you to believe that you sauté right in the pot but the liner is meant to use on the stove then moved to the crockpot.

I loved seeing y’all’s stories on instagram last weekend. I have one of the Ninja multi cookers on my wishlist. I just can’t justify spending the money on it right now, but it would be nice to be able to sauté & slow cook right in one pot.

For some reason I’ve always been nervous about using bone broth vs stock. Because of your recipes, I finally tried it and I feel dumb for hesitating! The slight depth added by bone broth is what we have been missing! Awesome recipes. Definitely gona try these over next couple weeks.

My sisters has and doesn’t like the texture of onion either so she started grating her onions into things and it has gone over very well. We like to cook casseroles and chile in our pumpkins when having potluck autumn parties.
