I didn't use my slow cooker, instead since I had the oven on anyway… I made the Mississippi chicken in the oven. I also made the coconut curry on stove top.

I was waiting for more of these, drop & go slow cooking. I do that and don’t laugh ok you can laugh I take my slow cooker to the garage to make beans I can’t stand cooking it all day long in the kitchen.
Then I get my instant pot cooking banging out lots of meals for the week.
