i have tried twice cake making in instant pot
and im dissappointed
i make the cake of cake mix
first time i coked 35 min low pressure
2nd time 55 min high pressure
end result is not caky its wet spongy
infact wet spongy
is thts the cake the whole world is praising or im mistaking somewhere

I find that the recipes are great but the sizes of used pans to use in the instant pot are not mentioned..from 6-7-8. Also, would a round spring still work?

I'm confused why the molasses and water wouldn't go in before the flour? All that extra mixing of ingredients after the flour will develop gluten and make the cake tough.
