I made a pork roast and sauerkraut and added apples for the first time recently. I also simmered it in cider. It was really good! I'm gonna have to try it with sausage!

Shrimp and rice. Try using daddy jack seasoning for shrimp and if u like dill to the shrimp you can add that as well.
It is a standard seasoning that restsurants use as the Late Daddy Jack was a chef and has this recipes online
    5 Tblspn Paprika
    4 Tblspn Salt
    3 Tblspn Pepper
    3 Tblspn Garlic
Put in jar and mix well keep in pantry it is good on all types of meat chicken or fish
Use lightly and add whatever seasoning you like to this or you can just use daddy jack seasoning alone or flour and fry or bake
    Thanks!

Potatoes and apples are a combination that's called Himmel und Erd' in Hesse, Germany, meaning 'heaven/ sky and ground/ earth' both because it is so good and because one is from the sky (apple), one from the dirt (potatoe)potatoes. They are also called Erdäpfel, apples from the dirt. I'll make this tomorrow!

All of these meals look so delicious, and you make it look so easy.

Your unstable cutting board is killing me😁 Maybe, you could place a folded hand towel underneath it for more stability, it also doubles as a cleaning towel.

Lisa, could you link the garlic press you use, or one similar, please? It must be good quality with how often you use it. I didn't see it on your Amazon list but could have missed it.

Also good: Minced meat (cooked) mixed with sauerkraut with pieces of pineapple, put in a ovendish, top with mashed potato. Of course this is basic and can be spiced or added on to with other flavormakers.
