Aldi's has a new York sharp cheddar cheese i bet David would like. Its a white cheddar. Its my husband favorite.
Great job saving so much money by shopping at Aldi! We don't have Aldi, but I've been saving a lot by buying discounted meat at Target (and freezing it right away).

Love Aldi! I love those never any chicken sausages. Last week I found Keto hamburger buns for 1 point on green. I had one today but I stuck it in the toaster. The texture was a little tough feeling so I thought toasting it a bit might make it a little better. It wasn’t bad, so I’ll probably get them again. I’m the only one that will eat them so I wrapped each one separately with plastic wrap and put them back into the package they came in then put them in the freezer. I hope that will keep them from freezer burn.
I’ve just got back from Aldi. I totally switched once I stopped doing grocery pickup during the worst of the pandemic. There are only a few things I have to get somewhere else. Hope he likes the chicken sausage. Looks like you have another good meal plan this week.

I enjoyed the haul Kim. If you cook the Brussel sprouts just a little in water then cut them in half and toss with some olive oil salt and pepper and roast on 375 in the oven until they are somewhat crispy they are delicious. The skinny asparagus is too. You don't have to precook it. It tastes as good as bacon haha. I won my husband over to it like that.
I'm doing the same – 30% carbs for me (which is 121g) for this Insulin Resistance and inflammation… Whew… It's rough right now.
Yes – ❤️ Aldi but my closest is over an hour away. I mainly use Kroger here.
