right now I want the new Ninja air fryer/grill/smoker that is for outside designed along with Ninja by the Grill Dads going to try and find the fire marshal to show him/her the info about the machine because the HOA lady said no and that it came from the fire department well I decided I'm going to challege it since there is No Flame and it is electric. But currently my new favorite Ninja is my Ninja Speedi
You could mail me one to taste test. Have you tried the steam & bake instead–should be more moist. Use the sling instead of the rack, makes pulling out easier. Please do not wrap it as the crispy crust will get soggy. Thanks for the delicious video.

Very nice Lisa. Baked to perfection. Banana loaf is a favourite of mine.
I use a good handful of Trail Mix instead of walnuts. Yes you're right about the flavour being better the next day or so.

I checked the recipe and my suspicion was correct. You used the steam/crisp setting but the recipe calls for steam/bake.
