People always have something to correct when they have so many things they do different when they cook. Your recipes are simple and awesome for me and my family. We love them. Thank you 💙🌸

I live for egg sandwiches and nachos (not simultaneously). So addictive.

They have a sliced cheese at Sam's that's a combination of white American and Swiss, but it's sliced. It's so melty and aaaaamazing. Please, please, please try it so I don't feel so alone in my cheesy egg sandwich addiction. 😀

I make these for my husband and myself when I don't feel like cooking supper, it's simple, tasty and filling. I prefer American white slices but will use any cheese I have on hand, gruyere in small amount is wonderful. I love your cooking, I'm getting older and look for more simple, easy things now, years ago I always cooked elaborate, restaurant-style meals. Now we eat this kind of thing and are just as happy.

Looks tasty! 😋 I'm going to try it with a different kind d of cheese. I'm not a big fan of America cheese anymore. Maybe I'll try one of these pepper jack provolone cheddar or Chihuahua cheese. Thank you for the great idea.

A way my mother made eggs for us, and I made for my children is to butter both slices of bread, cut a hole in the center of the bread with a biscuit cutter, put the bread in a pan on low heat, add the egg to the center of the bread where the hole is and cook. Flip bread to the other side when it is toasted. We all like it. We toasted the bread that was cut with the biscuit cutter in the pan too. It was funny when I saw Laura Vitale do a recipe of that because we'd been doing for a long, long time. I believe she said she saw it at a restaurant and they wanted $7 for it.
