So pretty much the takeaway from this video seems that the key to well frozen meals is to make sure there's some moisture on and in the food. Got it. Thanks Babish ๐๐๐
If you are doing chard for more savory meal stems are brilliant if cooked for a bit longer than the leaves. I have done curried chard and used them in stir fry. Treat the stem of like celery and the leaves like spinach. It one of my favorite green veg
Would there be any difference in prep/cooking if I used fresh lasagna noodles instead of the dried stuff? I make my own dough fairly often and I'd like to use it if I can…
Badish Culinary , just discovering this video on the algorithm, this was amazing! being in the Kitchen for 2 decades and a test engineer on outdoor grills, one might imagine i get to eat a lot or know these amazing simple meals. However, with my always changing schedule and very late/early hours, i have a hard time meal prepping.
Watching this just gave me two weeks worth of food for dirt cheap and taste great! Seriously, this was awesome content.
I love the pacing of the video. It's nice not to have to skip 5 minutes of the host pontificating on some unrelated paragraph from their blog or something ๐

If you gotta reheat for 20-30 minutes you'd be better off making it fresh right or just use chef Mike to heat it

Please don't buy and use single use plastic bags for storing your food.
Buy plastic containers that you can reuse or even better glass.

I think even the British agree there are too many syllables in the way you said aluminum.
I so appreciate the way Babish says "aluminium foil" – i dont think i have ever heard that in an american accent before.
