I make a chicken recipe, (suppose to be a copycat of Applebee’s chicken wraps) where I thaw the chicken and soak it in a marinade of a bunch of spices and liquids and then I cook it in the instant pot (with the marinade liquid). With marinades like this, can it be refrozen and then cooked later? Or put the marinade in with frozen breasts and then unthaw in the refrigerator for a couple days, so it can marinade then? Normally I just put the marinade in with unthawed chicken and let it sit that way for 30-60 minutes before cooking.
Got my email yesterday and purchased today! I can't wait to get all set for summer! Especially with the 2 picky eater teens that i have. 🙂

I add parsley to any dish where ever it says cilantro, because I don't like cilantro. PARSLEY is my substitute for cilantro. I also came from a big family of 10 and we also have six sisters in the family. So it's great to have a big family.
