Might want to change the title to say âWilted Scallionsâ, if possible. Not a criticism, I just got really concerned when I read âwelded scallionsâ. I thought maybe they were in the fridge for so long they fused together. Lol
Does the wok have some kind of coating ? In Chinese recipes that call for vinegar , would using the acid break the seasoning ? Could you please clarify if there is coating on the metal and if not can vinegar be added when cooking on your wok ?
