Wow. That is amazing. I’ve been trying to find lions mane mushrooms but no where to be found. I know they are suppose to have a lot of health benefits. Is it easy to grow them. I would like to try growing mushrooms but scared I might mess them up.

That was really interesting and saved my pocket book from experimenting on lions main with different cooking methods. Bought the wicked Healthy cookbook, what a fantastic book, glorious photos too, a wonderful addition to my collection. The Lobster Chowdah has caught my eye, cant wait to try it. Thank you

You have no idea how much I appreciate these videos. I am suffering from a lot of recently developed food allergies and cooking mushrooms in this way allows me to eat something that doesn't tick any of those boxes while feeling like I'm not giving up the enjoyable experience of eating red meats. These are truly guiding me through a transitional moment in my life. Thank you so much <3

This would be so much better than pork chops. I basically had to force myself to eat them. I always hated animal fat and having to eat around a bone. After I stopped eating animal products, I realized how I rarely ever actually enjoyed eating it. Even bacon easily grossed me out if it wasn't cooked perfectly to my liking.

Yo Derek. Would love a tip on how to properly wash and dry herbs and greens. Properly drying my herbs and greens is a giant pain in the ass and i'm hoping for a more efficient method. I like to make giant salads and a salad spinner is so time consuming. A wet salad is so frustrating. Thanks as always.

This looks delicious and will definitely try this summer. I'm in Canada, so we are just planting now, but I want to use freshly picked herbs. I'll be back to let you know how it goes.

I love your recipes but I hope you guys are eating dense protein sources off camera because on camera all you eat is mushrooms (water) and carbs. Mushrooms are a great meat replacement texture wise and all but macro wise they are NOT the same as seitan, tofu or beans
