Great ideas. I'm a new sub. I actually use hot pork sausage to make my "taco" meat since I'm not that fond of hamburger or of ground turkey. (I also make my chili and doctor up my spaghetti sauce with a half tube of pork sausage). I cut the tubes of sausage in half when I bring them home from the store and freeze them. I live alone and cook for just me, so I have the small air fryer. Will be using it the next time to fry the sausage with some onion, don't know why I didn't think about that before. (I also use soft flour tortillas cut down a bit to make "pizza" in the air fryer and use some spaghetti sauce or salsa and whatever toppings I want to add). I'm loving my air fryer.

I forgot; my sister had an air fryer and enjoyed it, but we had an incredible opportunity to replace our dying 1950s range with a more expensive range that with the black Friday price brought it only $40 more than the basic we were set to buy. It has convection AND.. Air Fryer!!!
Can we use your recipes with our air fryer?

PS we gave the air fryer to our amazing neighbors; new converts!!

Sorry to bother you I know you are so busy… could you tell me what kind of enchilada sauce you used. I tried to see the label but couldn't catch it. Thank you! I save your videos to my weight watcher watch later file and use your recipes often. Thank you for all the good content 🙂

do you have any cleaning tips? The chicken I cooked tonight was a little too tall so the heating element is dirty and there's a fair bit of grease on the housing around the heating element. I wish they made it possible to disassemble the machine for cleaning
