What are you doing? Salt and pepper is not the only seasoning. The oxtails should be marinated for at least 30 beforr going into the pot. Ugh

My Jamaicans is the reason oxtail is so expensive now. We do it a bit different. We usually marinate overnight with jerk seasoning and Jamaican spices. Brown it down in the Dutch pot(will get rid of the extra fat). You need to use a heavy pot. Slow cook for about 2 hours. Longer it cooks the tender it gets. We also add baked beans, sometimes spinners, Irish potatoes, and carrot to the final cooking stage. Best thing ever…so delicious when done right.

Mrs Paula do you boil your oxalis? Try boiling them for about 15-20 before seasoning them. It helps with cutting the fat off of them quicker

Paula made this dish called Michael oxtails about a year and a half ago. You would think she would at least make them them in a different way such as in the oven if she has to makr another video about them at all.
Many of her recipes from the past many months are just repeats of an exact dish she recently made.
Her videos are getting way boring. Same recipes, too much editing, Paula repeating the same stuff over and over again, Paula not bothering read the recipe ahead of time, etc. She needs to put more effort into filming otherwise her viewership is going to continue to decline.
