Hi I have a question about your cookbook. Do the recipes use allot of the same ingredients?

Right now I am on home leave from my job. Usually when. I'm on the road I work 13 hour days 17 days straight.

Also I share a mini fridge in a hotel room with a teammate that I work with.

So I have little cold storage space and little time to prep and shop for food.

I want to get back on and stock with a vegan diet. Any tips on making this work.

PS. I will also be intermiten fasting out of necessity and for the health benefits. Thanks.

The Instant Pot is a very affordable and wise choice. Thanks for sharing your experience. For the vegan who uses no oil like myself it has been a wonder, and I have used a pressure cooker for 3 years forALL my cooking in my net zero tiny house so energy use is also a priority. The Instant Pot uses only 1/3 kilowatt hour to cook a lb of beans or rice, and I use it outside my kitchen door in summer so no energy needed to cool down the house from cooking. The stainless steel pot is EASY to clean and makes those dubious aluminum pots coated with non stick coatings obsolete. This is a well made unit! However I had to take a black marker and black out the button labels for MEAT and Eggs. Haha. Whatever you eat this is the king of pressure cookers and what a great price. Thanks for turning me on to this wonderful model.

I got this book back when I first went vegan ten months ago, and it changed how I cook! It also got me to finally drag our instantpot out of the box after a year, and now it lives on my countertop and I use it several times a week! I can't thank you guys enough for this book, you made going vegan SO much easier and tastier! <3

Hey, friends – I'm stoked to have stumbled across this page while looking for a video to include in a Facebook private message to a friend who's contemplating buying an Instant Pot and trying to eat healthier.

I'm a happy Instant Pot owner and a vegan book editor … and although I've worked on GAZILLIONS of recipes and other publications for 19 years (for the likes of Forks Over Knives, Doug Graham, Cherie Soria, Elaina Love, Nomi Shannon, Alicia Ojeda, Cathy Fisher, Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram, Jennifer Cornbleet, Rose Lee Calabro, TrueNorth Health Center, and more), I rarely prepare any of the dishes, because I like SIMPLE! Your Instant Pot recipes look right up my alley and ROCKIN yummy – woohoo!

Oh, and just FYI – there's a dead link in your notes below (http://www.lifeinsideabox.com/support...) Stay awesome!

I got my instant pot on amazon prime day but I didn't open the box until this weekend, I was a little scared of it. I made your "curry in hurry" recipe today and big batch of rice. So easy and fast, I can't wait to try more of your recipes.

Oh my gosh! So i bought your book on Amazon a month ago and just shook my head like…there is no way I can do this. It will taste bland like all my other ipot recipes I tried. Dude, I was sooo wrong! I just made your Curry in a Hurry and I couldn't get enough. I have to admit to not liking curry because it was too oily for me. This was so frigging good. Thank you so much and I am moving on to trying the rest! The book is layed out so well too. yay!
