    Why don't you have any vegetables in your diet? Many body builders that are bulking eat far better than this. Just because you have oats, meat and rice which can be part of a healthy diet doesn't mean your eating healthy. There are much better and healthier ways to eat and make gains. Maybe, your not promoting this as healthy so if that's the case have at it and enjoy! Just don't promte it as healthy nutrition.

    Brown gravy all day! I cook most of my meat on a cast iron skillet, afterwards I throw in the gravy mix with water and all that goodness left in the skillet!
