    Looks good to me. I wonder if I could make coconut flour after I have made coconut milk. There seems to be this flour consistency after I squeeze it through the nut milk bag. Not knowing what to do with the remnants after making the coconut milk, I have just used it on my face as a scrub.

    Well this recipe didn't work, at all. Turned out to be a waste of ingredients, sadly. Wasn't able to get even one usable tortilla. Stuck like crazy to the non-stick pan no matter what I did, wait to little and it crumbles into unusable waste, wait too long, burns. I can't see how this would work, makes me wonder was this an April Fool's prank or something?

    I think coconut flour tastes too much like coconut haha, obviously, but I made bread with it and made a ham sandwich with it and it tasted like coconut bread. I love coconut but not w my ham. 🤷🏻‍♀️
