    As a vegan dietitian, i feel that you should emphasize protein content and how much is in each vegan dish you make. Too many vegans don't get enough protein in their diet so sharing this info could be beneficial to vegans and vegetarians alike

    I’m gonna try this. But I’ll kept the coconut milk with gargum.. sadly I can’t find coconut without gargum. But cashew burn the fingers of women who shell them. Never again. Cashews are out of my diet since hearing that.

    As an Indian, I can never accept my dal with nutritional yeast and those other things you added. Lentils without spices and tadka are not lentils. In many families, tomatoes aren't even added as tomatoes are nightshades, prohibited by vedic sages but made its way during invasions. I like my lentils with ghee, spices (no chillis needed), garnished with dhaniya (Indian coriander).
