I really want to make this but I need to cut this down for 2 people…….how much chili's do I use? And what if I don't have access to fresh Anaheim or poblano peppers? We live in a super small town with a corner grocery unless we drive 60 miles. Will canned green chili's work?

If you get very tart tomatillos just add a small amount of sugar, it takes the tartness away.
