Has anyone used Tony the tiger frosted flakes instead of corn flakes?
I just found your channel!! Girl!!!!! Yum!!!! 😋😋 thank you. Loving your videos. The prices of everything is just CRAZY
Not sure where you live, but in my area 3.99 for chicken breasts IS a sale price. I don't know why. We also can't get a beef roast on sale for less than $4.99.
love the recipe to serve beans on the side thanks for sharing 👍
Wow…..what wonderful chicken dinners!….you are such a fabulous cook. I enjoy all that you gave taught us and I am sending your channel out to talk my friends and family. Thank you so very much!! Love from Debbie and Dexter-Dog my rescued Chihuahua companion living a quiet crafty life in sunny southern California. 🙏👍🏄🏡🚴😄💝
I subscribed! Chicken leg quarters are sooo cheap i got a bag at Aldi for $4.50 for 10 pds when it was on sale I bought like 4 bags! Chicken drumsticks are on sale this week there so I'll stock up as well.
Eh I always get the “flour fingers” 😂 all look delicious! Oh my gosh I have totally used a cake pan too!!! So funny to hear someone else think the same way lol
At my Aldi there was chicken legs and thighs for 55 cents a pound.
Thanks for the video!!
Congrats on 20K subscribers! 🎉
Great ideas! Thanks Maria 💖
No one in this house likes anything but a chicken breast, unfortunately 🙁 It's hard to make anyone else eat the thighs or legs when I really dislike them too. Thanks for the great seasoning tips…I'll use them on breast.
Looks yummy!!!!
You are so right about prices. I live in NC. However I am working in Massachusetts for the next 3 months and prices up here a drastically higher. Even for the fast food restaurants. Can’t believe that at subway it is $13 for a six inch sub.
**adding cornflakes to shopping list!
I like to brine those leg quarters. Simple brine of heaping 1/2 c kosher salt to 1 gallon cold h2o. One lemon juice and grown in with the chicken and chopped garlic. 24 hours in fridge then grill. Turns them into a great "cut" of meat. So delish. So juicy and tender. PS….
That cornflakes chicken is by far my kids favorite EVER!!! I serve it with baked beans ( right from the can heated up) and kid pasta salad….. which is just tricolor rotini with a squirt of ranch dressing, no veggies….. might not be the most nutritious meal but they have always loved it and they are almost adults now and still request kid pasta salad
Great video. During the pandemic I could only find drumsticks and was surprised that it made the most delicious soup!.
Back in the 60s and 70s my mom would use corn flakes as it was cheaper than Shake n Bake .
It looks awesome❤ It must be yummy Keep in touch ❤You are so amazing chef ❤Thank you for sharing❤❤stay connected😍
Instead of flour and cornflakes. I crumble Ritz and mix with cheese, butter (Colby jack or cheddar) and season salt and pepper and put over chicken best with boneless but I am sure you can make it work with bone in.
Tfs, yes love these cuts of chicken, always a great meal…❤️
New york prices on those at our local stores and at Aldi are still cheap, 59-69 cents per lb. The more expensive thing is the whole chicken.
cool
Cant wait to try these we usually always make our drum sticks with garlic salt and put sliced onions and green bell pepper and a little butter I'm excited to try something different
Cornflakes! Yes! My Mom made the cornflake chicken and it was called, "Chicken Fancy". Yum!
I am new to buying Chicken drumsticks and am surprised at how much meat these little jewels have. I went to BJ's today and was shocked at the price of meat many packages were the same size as other nonmember grocery stores. 😳 I broke down and got it for the gas prices.
Cab hardly wait to try these out! Thanks!
Looking forward to seeing those sides
You’re amazing! I just bought (3) bags of chicken legs for human consumption since they were cheap—-I buy usually (5) bags for just my dogs since they are raw fed but bought the extra for us to try….then here you come with this video! You’re truly a blessing. ❤️
What is adobo seasoning? Not sure if we have it in Australia..
Sorry don’t like dark meat
I have never been able to eat dark meat poultry but have learned that if I boil it til it is almost fall off the bone done, then bake, broil or fry it the texture has firmed up and I can eat it.
the chicken breast are expensive now same price in germany now. 3.99€=4,28$
Try rice crispies crushed up on your butter/oil dipped chicken. It is amazing
One of my local grocery stores had chicken breasts in their flyer last week for $5.99/lb! I have been buying the less expensive bone in cuts out of necessity lately. When the stores actually have chicken it's so expensive.
I'm not a fan of dark meat but guess I'll just get over it
I like creole on chicken tonis
