No one in this house likes anything but a chicken breast, unfortunately 🙁 It's hard to make anyone else eat the thighs or legs when I really dislike them too. Thanks for the great seasoning tips…I'll use them on breast.

You are so right about prices. I live in NC. However I am working in Massachusetts for the next 3 months and prices up here a drastically higher. Even for the fast food restaurants. Can’t believe that at subway it is $13 for a six inch sub.

I like to brine those leg quarters. Simple brine of heaping 1/2 c kosher salt to 1 gallon cold h2o. One lemon juice and grown in with the chicken and chopped garlic. 24 hours in fridge then grill. Turns them into a great "cut" of meat. So delish. So juicy and tender. PS….
That cornflakes chicken is by far my kids favorite EVER!!! I serve it with baked beans ( right from the can heated up) and kid pasta salad….. which is just tricolor rotini with a squirt of ranch dressing, no veggies….. might not be the most nutritious meal but they have always loved it and they are almost adults now and still request kid pasta salad

Instead of flour and cornflakes. I crumble Ritz and mix with cheese, butter (Colby jack or cheddar) and season salt and pepper and put over chicken best with boneless but I am sure you can make it work with bone in.

I am new to buying Chicken drumsticks and am surprised at how much meat these little jewels have. I went to BJ's today and was shocked at the price of meat many packages were the same size as other nonmember grocery stores. 😳 I broke down and got it for the gas prices.

You’re amazing! I just bought (3) bags of chicken legs for human consumption since they were cheap—-I buy usually (5) bags for just my dogs since they are raw fed but bought the extra for us to try….then here you come with this video! You’re truly a blessing. ❤️

I have never been able to eat dark meat poultry but have learned that if I boil it til it is almost fall off the bone done, then bake, broil or fry it the texture has firmed up and I can eat it.

One of my local grocery stores had chicken breasts in their flyer last week for $5.99/lb! I have been buying the less expensive bone in cuts out of necessity lately. When the stores actually have chicken it's so expensive.
