Emmy, I bought a Dezin hotpot from Amazon. It is amazing! Heats up in only 2.4 minutes and cooks ramen perfectly! Also great to fry meats or eggs. I am very pleased with it. Keeps me from having to cook over a hot gas stove in Texas summer heat!

I think this would be a good option for my kids to cook for themselves. The main drawback for me is your food getting cold while you’re waiting on other food to cook. Then again I could just adjust when I cook each thing and probably find a perfect solution after some trial and error.

I can see how it being lower heat would be good though. You can leave your food to cook while you take a quick shower, flip it, get dressed then have it basically be done but not burnt.

I admit I'd love to see you test an outdoor electric grill, sadly I can't have flame or fire in my second floor apartment so we haven't been able to have cook outs on the balcony. 🙁 But there's an outlet with a cover on it, so I've been looking to invest in an electric grille you can bring outside.

What to use instead of spam? It's not particularly easy to find in Sweden or that cheap.
