Try boiling the tofu in water with salt, drain and dry before frying it. You can get the outside super crispy but still fluffy inside ☺️
I just turned vegan a few month ago. After watching a lot of video of how barbaric to kill cows for meat.

Paborito ko rin ang tokwa, mura na masustansiya pa, at maraming protein tulad ng meat. Then ang the best ay pwedeng ihalo sa napakaraming recipe meat or vegetable man, tulad ng kangkong at pechay. Tapos pwedeng by itself fry then with suka sarap na. Perfect yan naisip mong recipe sa tokwa very unique I will cook tulad niyan hehe gutom lang siguro ako.Thumbs ups ako diyan. Salamat host, makikisuyo na lang po sana mabisita nyo rin konti ang nagsisimula kong kitchen at nangangailangan lang po ng konting push at ayuda, salamat po, at ingat!
