Got in from gardening and your wonderful nikujaga that I had made earlier, and rice in the rice cooker, awaited me. The house smelled wonderful and the food was fantastic. I felt like I was back in Japan! These simple foods are the best! Thank you for the instant pot recipe. I’ll be making it again soon!

I loved nikujaga when I was a kid growing up in Japan! I'll definitely try and make this at home, I hope it works without the pressure cooker but regular pot. Thank you for the recipe!

OMG watching the video made my mouth water!!! I will definitely make it. I would love to see as many instant pot Japanese recipes as you can — like Sukiyaki, short-grain rice, Onsen Eggs — if it's even theoretically possible. Thanks for all that you do.
