Have you ruled out a soy allergy or intolerance?
My daughter gets debilitating severe pain from soy, and there is soy in almost everything.
Another thought would be a GMO induced allergy rather than Gluten?
I have been purchasing all organic non-GMO, no soy.
    She also cannot tolerate strawberries.

I used to do a freezer cooking group with friends. At the beginning we started by doing a lot of variety of recipies. But as time when on we narrowed down our recipies to fewer ingredients which looked more like what you did today. We realized we could be more efficient if we did VERY large batches of a few things which had fewer ingredients. This way we didnt get burned out on freezer cooking.

Love 💘 your videos 📹!!! Its just me and my hubby ❤ and sometimes my 29 year old son, so I have no need for this much food, but I do make a few of your recipes and freeze them… 😊😊😊

First time I've watched your channel in the last few few months. I'm glad to see that you're back to doing the freezer meal preps and showing us how you're actually doing them. 😊

I have a receipt you should try. Summer squash zucchini squash. Slice Sausage links, slice onions and spaghetti sauce with season. Yes you can freeze it. You can serve it with pasta or rice

I’ve been thinking about your personal challenge to not use regular grocery stores. I was thinking about the items I currently use a lot of that I would miss if I were to do something similar (which I am not planning to do…it’s admirable and in some ways I’d love to, but not practical for my life at the moment, but is digress..)
I think the items I would miss the most would probably be processed meats like lunch meat and smoked sausage…sure I could cook a turkey or ham, but it’s not the same for some things!
I’d also miss hard cheese. That is one think that takes a very long time and a lot of skill to produce from scratch!
I think in some cases I would miss plain old useless white sandwich bread!
There are also some specific condiments I’d be pretty sad to not have too!
Is there any item you or your family members are particularly fond of that you will continue to purchase through regular stores? Also wondering about your snack hauls from sharp shopper…especially for easy travel and lake day/vacation meals/treats! It would definitely take a lot of time to make giant batches of road trip snacks!

Random, but that egg stand you have is adorable! I’m the same mindset when it comes to accommodating the kids food preferences. There’s always fruits and veggies available if they don’t like something we’re eating, but I tend to focus on making meals that the kids like. 😉 I used to worry about picky eaters too, but I’m also noticing that they’re branching out the older they get so that gives me hope for my toddler. 😆

At one time I needed to go gluten free. It is a challenge but it is definitely doable. One suggestion to help is to get on a daily probiotic. The one that has helped me is culturelle digestive health. I hope your family sees some improvement 🙏❤️
