✨Happy Friday!✨ This was a fun video for me to make— I have plenty to learn still about making bread, but I thought you might like to hang out with me while I tried some recipes, and shared one of my favorites, too!
This week at the farmers market they had a huge box of zuchni for 10 bucks so we have been making a zuchni blueberry bread that was soo delicious we definitely will make that alot so then we made zuchnii relish and I still have a ton for the freezer that's some winter meal prep . Love the recipes definitely wanna make the bagels oh we love those . Thanks for the great video I love when you do your budget videos I still go back and watch those .

I’ve made bread a time or two back when I was in school but haven’t make any bread as an adult. My mom has always been the bread maker in my family. This summer I’ve decided I would like to start learning and try to make it.
These look so good! I just got a bread machine and I'm a little intimidated lol I've been baking by hand so far but this is inspiring me to bring out my new toy!

I made bagels one time and I just didn't find it was worth the extra effort (we don't eat them regularly). I use the Robert Ditty's Irish soda bread recipe I found online…bake a roundish loaf in a cake pan … always turns out great.

Silly question: how do you clean your silpat liners?
The bagel bites look delicious. I no longer have a stand mixer. 😢 Have to fix that but I really don't have the space. I have an old fashioned dough stirrer.
The buttermilk powder keeps better if refrigerated after opening. Mine turned to rock after leaving it in the pantry.

I was supposed to make bagels yesterday but didn’t get it done. I am going to have to see if our recipes are similar. I love homemade bagels. I do mine with cinnamon and sugar rolled in like a cinnamon roll. They are tasty. Never made bites before. I am making soft pretzels and pizza today so not sure if I am going to get to bagels too. One recipe I have boils in soda and one in sugar water and I literally have to double check every time. 😂 Loving the recipes.
