Great diet hack that can fit into any diet . Lost 50kgs so far using the anabolic diet and Rems YouTube recipes . I've tried several bread recipes that are very ingredient heavy and take a lot of prep time. With 2 small kids it's great to finally have an easy quick bread recipe I can knock out in no time that everyone enjoys! Thanks for the commitment in helping us stay healthy and on track!

I don't want to recommend it Remington is holding it down, but catalina crunch cereal in a ninja blender makes an excellent crust for a non baked cheesecake and there's 11grams of protein per serving of cereal. I'm trying to find a better alternative to real butter in the crust though. Hopefully Remington see this idea and comes up with something magical.
