12:58 The reason your air fryer is smoking is from the olive oil since it has a low smoke point which means it gets hot at a lower temperature and breaks down faster. Next time use a neutral oil like canola or vegetable. I've done the same thing and it set my smoke alarm off several times. 😅

My air fryer will start to smoke if there is excessive fat running off of whatever I'm cooking. That happened when I made pork belly once and I've learned to pause cooking and drain some off partway through.
