    Joe,
I have made some of your recipes and found some discrepancies in the amount of ingredients in the video that differ from the written recipe. I realize it would be a job to correct them. What would be more accurate? The video amounts or those in the recipe?

    Thanks,
    LB

I just made this, at first when I took it out of the oven, it looked like an egg soufflé but then it settles down when cools and looks and taste like a cake. I was very worried.

I found a sweetener called GoodGood that is a blend of Stevia and Erythritol totally eliminated the cool aftertaste of Swerve, then I found a baking sweetener by Good Earth at Ralf's that is a blend of Erythritol, Stevia and Monk fruit. Not the cheapest but the best when it comes to sweetening without aftertaste. I find already adding a few drops of Stevia into the mix with a little less Swerve will reduce the cool aftertaste. Otherwise awesome recipe, thank you!
I truly believe that low carb is here to stay regardless how many millions Oprah spends to make it look bad, there are more and more products available that is a good sign.

That's basically what I know as an original recipe for "Medieval Almond Cake".
Only difference, in the medieval version they used honey and added rosewater.
    And it tastes delicious!

I will try this. I made your cinnamon coffee cake and it was the bomb. My non-keto friends loved it as much as we did. If you could come up with a non-eggy, less dense dinner roll, I'd be grateful. Thx!!!
