id be remiss to call them flavor packs in the future…too reminiscent of the more questionable “flavor packs” many find in cheaper noodle soups.
spice bag!
ive noticed youve used less “cooking” oil and more olive oil as compared to the past. most cooking oils nowadays are so harshly treated and probably rancid…no good for consumption. the right kind of peanut oil could be a good all purpose neutral cooking oil substitute, but im not too well read of potential negative effects
I JUST made a taiwanese beef noodle soup on my channel!! Check it out😆😆😆
Jackie Chan vibes
This looks amazing!!! My mouth is watering! I don't consume alcohol, is there any substitute to Chinese cooking wine?

That the recipe I was looking for after I had this noodle in Shanghai
Hey so I went to this restaurant in Ottawa called LA noodle and I fell in love with the beef Bryson soup but I moved to Vancouver and I went to one of the known ramen houses and they had nothing like it. Actually I went to a few places and couldn't find it. The ramen I had out here was completely different. They didn't even sell any beef soup just pork and fish. Doea anyone know where I can get beef Bryson ramen in Vancouver B.C?
is shiaoxing rice wine different from shiaoxing rice wine VINEGAR?
That hot oil sneaks up on you. And he added so much. I couldnt eat my ramen easily after i added that much hot oil in the past. XD i thought i could handle it. NOPE
First time cooking this cuz of rainy weather. So delicious!! You said 12 ounces of water, I think you meant 12 cups. First time using fresh noodles and it was amazing!
Korean Ramyan is my favorite! But I’m probably biased since I was blessed to have lived there back in the 90’s.
Made this for the third time now and it’s simply fantastic! Everyone loves it and it’s the perfect food for the cold, dark winter time.🤗🍜
