ive noticed youve used less “cooking” oil and more olive oil as compared to the past. most cooking oils nowadays are so harshly treated and probably rancid…no good for consumption. the right kind of peanut oil could be a good all purpose neutral cooking oil substitute, but im not too well read of potential negative effects

Hey so I went to this restaurant in Ottawa called LA noodle and I fell in love with the beef Bryson soup but I moved to Vancouver and I went to one of the known ramen houses and they had nothing like it. Actually I went to a few places and couldn't find it. The ramen I had out here was completely different. They didn't even sell any beef soup just pork and fish. Doea anyone know where I can get beef Bryson ramen in Vancouver B.C?

First time cooking this cuz of rainy weather. So delicious!! You said 12 ounces of water, I think you meant 12 cups. First time using fresh noodles and it was amazing!

back in UK, missing singapore right now… this was my favourite after a long day at work and only SGD 5! definitely appreciate the process a lot more now after watching this but I think I'll have to wait till 2021 to get some already made local beef noodles haha.
