    Bit of wax in the hair. A black chef's apron with 'Made with Lau' across the front. He would look like the absolute pro that he is. Maybe a big magnetic wooden knife rack in the background on the wall with the huge collection of knives I am sure that he has. Luv your channel and how you guys make it look so easy for a home cook even though it is restaurant quality food.

    The stirring will require some skills in order not to break the tofu. This is the work of a true master. The 蛋花 is very thin, that's exactly the goal of this dish!

    Every time I watch a "Made With Lau" video, I think about how awesome it is that you are capturing your father's specialized knowledge and sharing it with posterity, and that you are working so closely with your family to take your father's business (where he worked so hard for his family) into a new business model. Also, despite my not understanding any Chinese dialects, your father's skill as a teacher is so natural. You all rock!!

    Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us! I love Chinese food and have enjoyed learning how to properly prepare it. Unfortunately I've developed a soy allergy but I appreciate the different options you give, I can usually work around it. But I do miss tofu!
