I just made some Mr noodles, added some veggies and a couple fried eggs.
One of my favorite quick meal hacks ❤️ I like mine spicy so one of my favorite toppings is pickled cucumber, it provides such a refreshing contrast.
Yum
It takes longer than 5 minutes to make a boiled egg. Cmon now.
Looks/sounds so yum. 😋
Omg that looks bombbbbb
Lol I had to Google these because of had never heard of them. We don't have it in the USA haha. Looks like it's an exclusively Canadia thing.
Made this exact thing last night..Delicious, satisfying, quick and cheap.
We cook spicy Korean noodles in coconut milk, add cheese and kimchi, along with whatever veggies we have (leftovers or things like bok choy and carrots, quick fry them in a pan). I know, not quite as nutritious, but the cheese makes it so good!
I pan fry up some diced vegetables. Then add leftover cooked lamb, beef or chicken. Finally add cooked noodles and flavour sachet with a small amount of noodle water. Mix together and eat
I’ve never heard of Mr. noodles. Is it a Canadian thing?
1, I never went to college, and 2 I ate ramen here in the states.
Maruchan
I do a very similar HCC instant noodles! I start with Indo Mie Mi Goregn (original flavour all the way), and when boiling them I add a generous serving of frozen stir fry veggies. I also serve with an egg or two. So fast, so satisfying!
Those seasoning packets are great for putting on popcorn instead of salt. Because it has the umami along with the salt, you don't need as much seasoning, and it feels a lot more filling.
I do this at home all the time. I make a gochujang broth, add in some tofu, corn, bean sprouts, mushrooms whatever I have and then the noodles! It’s my favorite dinner when I want something warm but don’t want to think too hard haha.
Instant ramen noodle is always my go-to. Thanks for the nutrition tips! Btw, I love your ceramic bowl!
Yummmm
Literally made this for dinner for my kids and I last night with similar toppings. For me, adding some spicy kimchi is a must and the soft boiled egg, of course. Thanks Abbey!
I’m gonna be so honest bestie this does not look good 😟
