Love your channel, looking forward to your daily videos. Bean pie looked awesome! I am actually glad that you are more UK food minded. It's closer to home for me and different from all the US wfpb channels. I have both you meal plans and already am looking forward to the next one. Your recipes taste really good to me. Enjoy your cuppa.

I see what you say about putting off your bigger workouts until January. BUT most of us are having a crazy time now in December and there is a risk that if we really up the movement now we will burn out and stop all together and so loose the focus that we will need when Christmas is over. So be nice to yourself and do what you really want – not what you think you should want 🙂

I'm the one who was asking about your drinking soy milk. I wanted to know could those extra daily calories hinder my weight loss. I wasn't trying to call you on it like you were doing something wrong. I wanted to hear you say "oh, soya milk has no calories. Drink as much as you want!". I've been reading the McDougall Program for Maximum Weight loss this week and on page 76 it says "once you have reached your ideal weight, and believe you have control, you may want to include richer foods and one of them being soya milk". So now I know. For me, I am not at my ideal weight and I have no control, so it's a big fat NO for me to start adding soya milk to my tea. And you have Dr. McDougall's blessing! Thanks for listening!

I really look forward to these videos and seeing little Romy you should make baby Toks (TikToks) with her people would go wild over it .

ButI’m the same with the soy milk and tea. Like you I need to have it but I get a bit of protein from that cup of soy I end up having so it’s not a bad thing. 😊

Delicious looking Bean Pie 🥧 if you do-do a Q & A Ami, would you please spend some time talking about the fact you are breastfeeding. I imagine that during these years as a young mum, much of your weight loss has occurred while you have also been a breastfeeding mum. As you know, breastfeeding uses quite an amount of calories. Thanks Ami

Winter is for hibernating 🙂 That's why you want to wait till January. You are in touch with natural cycles. I say stay cozy for the holidays and see how you feel in the New Year or better yet, the spring!
