    Quick question…..if I marinade over night, which I would prefer, can I microwave to heat, or would it be better to slowly heat in a pan? I only ask because microwave normally recooks and dries up……., thanks x

    Fun fact about Butter Chicken : this dish is fairly new and it started selling in between 50' and 60's. It was created accidentally when a restaurant worker at Moti Mahal, New Delhi, India mixed a day old tandoori chicken with the tomato sauce and a mixture of spices. Butter Chicken is now one of the most popular Indian dishes out of India. It was later named Chicken Tikka Masala when it arrived in American and British kitchens. Tikka basically means small cut pieces and Masala means a mix of spices. ๐Ÿ™‚
