You got to wear sunscreen to prevent wrinkles, every 2 to 3 hours, it's proven. Yes bone broth, carnovore and exercising will help also. Sunscreen whether it's good for you, will prevent wrinkles. Just eat carnovore/paleo/keto and put sunscreen on. You only need 10 minutes of sunlight (vitamin d) 3 times a week. You can put sunscreen on face, neck and hands and sunbathe for 10 or 15 minutes a day. You can also take vitamin d3 and k2. With out sunscreen, you will age badly. If your diet is good enough, the bad stuff from sunscreen will not harm you, carnovore should push any toxin's out. I never heard anyone get sunscreen poisoned or got bad health from it

    Hi Kait
I normally break my fast with “Eggy Broth” as my son calls it (he loves it too). But I just want to ask, is it ok to get a second round of 8 hours slow cook broth from the same bones?

Oh yes, I love this vid because I make Bone Broth all the time. It's great for a KETO DIET and gives you so much in return. we save our chicken bones, steak bones, etc to make some of the greatest bone broth on the planet. Love this… It's coming into cold season again so this will be something that we will be making a whole lot more. Great Vid.

I make my own broth from boiling what’s left from a roasted whole chicken and then refrigerate it. My question is can you freeze it for later use? Thanks Kait you’re my go to person for information about eating right again.
