I doubled it and cooked it in a circular corning dish and was able to get 4 slices out of it, made fried egg sandwiches with bacon mmmmmmm

Just FYI the Chicken & Waffle seasoning has honey or maple in it. I hope it doesn't interfere with your blood sugar.
