Yum, thanks! I made this before with flour tortillas but be great with corn. I would definitely add roasted green chili cus I freeze it every year.

Yes ma’am I like that style. I like making mine on the grill. I use frijoles and chorizo with a little oregano 🌿. Make the mix en el disco. Despues le pongo manteqa de Purco A las tortillas. Los pongo en la parilla un poco las tortillas. Take them out let them cool down a bit. Despues les pongo el mixisto con Quesos y patras pa la parilla asta que salgan doraritas.🫡🫡🫡👍👍👍 Salidos pa la familia, de Houston Texas.
