Thank you for this video! I just followed your steps, and my chicken was perfect! I have always baked my chicken at a lower temp, I always thought the high temperature would dry it out, exact opposite. Perfect texture and juicy 🙂

Hey guys be careful with the way that she is using the microwave . I though she is using the microwave to time the time that she is cooking the chicken . I did put it for 20 minute and my microwave caught on fire . I almost burn the house down . Yet used your telephone for time

I made backed lemon chicken breast yesterday. Everything turned out delicious. One thing did bother me. Although the breasts cooked to 165 degrees and were done, the large breasts had a crunchy texture to it Any idea what would cause that?
