I don’t comment much on You Tube but wanted to say I appreciate you posting this recipe. My son does not like potato salad or macaroni salad. He loves baked potato. I knew he would love this so I made it yesterday. This was a hit, he absolutely loved it. So know, when we have a barbecue, i will rotate this into our menu.

My Texas potato salad has boiled potatoes, chopped up, onion, dill pickles, celery, and boiled eggs, salt ,pepper, mayo and mustard. And is delish. 😋 But I'm eyeing your here, and will diffidently try this. 😋
