The starch solution is awesome. When i first found it 8 yrs ago, i use it to gain weight. At that time my weight rock bottom at 30kg i’m 5’2” 1 year post cancer surgery. I did it sugar & oil free for 2 full years. At the time i got too tired to chew a lot of food, so i ended up eating just sweet potato for 2 months then plain potatoes for a month. After that i found that i regained the muscles i lost from the cancer treatments. I just love this way of eating. I’m not vegan so these days i simply cook my rice with my veggies in the steaming basket that comes with my rice cooker. I eat all that w/ a dollop of oyster sauce. My lab work numbers are great and i was pronounced cancer free by my doctors 1 year into eating starch solution and still am cancer free.

???Hi Shannon coming back to the whole food life. Enjoy the honesty and simple recipes. I could not catch the ingredient that you add to your yogurt for Mayo??? I love my tomato sandwiches with Dukes. Gotta find a good replacement

Hi Kathy and Cheryl. Thanks for a great video. I think it’s wonderful that you’re doing this together and taking the time to share the experience with us. Both of you are so real and relatable, it’s like visiting friends. I’ve been WFPB for three years, my husband is not. Although he’s supportive of my WFPB lifestyle, I do wish he would come on board for health reasons and to simplify meal preparation. Hope you have more of these discussions soon. Love watching the two of you together. 🤗

I remember Dr. Lisle saying one time if you wanted to weigh daily but was afraid , then weigh multiple times a day… That way you see how finicky those scales are!

I’ve loved this video… the dynamic duo strikes again! You’re both so inspirational…. THANK YOU!!!
