I love enchiladas suizas. Even though I just cook for myself, I often have extras I need to find a way to use up. Today it's a pkg of wrinkly anaheim chilies, homemade tomatillo salsa and leftover corn tortillas. As for the cream, a bechamel sauce will have to do. Thanks for an easy recipe and the chef jokes 😂

I like the cream layer too and the sauce was nice and thick. I lived in Sebastopol, CA for 40 years just 10 miles from Clover and in Sonoma County, we always enjoyed the Clover products. Thanks for that one and always like the Mexican dishes! !! !!!
