I purchased the pre-cut greens which was a waste of money because after I finished picking stalks it wasn’t too much greens left. And they cost more. Never again I’ll continue to cut them like I’ve always done.

Hey Chef Jeffery! Those Collard Greens and Ham Hocks looks awesome. 😊 That Cornbread looks delicious too. 😋 That's some good eating. My meal I cooked was Fried Cabbage,Smoked Sausage with Potatoes and Carrots. I also had Brown Rice and Cornbread with mine. It was delicious! 😋 Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day. 🙏🏼💘

    Hello Chef Jeffrey,
Your page just recently popped up on my YouTube and I Looovvve so many of your recipes. They bring back memories of childhood. Even though I can’t eat a lot of those things anymore I give myself a cheat day of some things. Love it 😍. God Bless.

Hello Chef, you remind me so much of my dad he was rasied in Selma, Alabama. He would cook just like you. I made green collars too just like you except I used smoke turkey wings. I ate mines with fingers with greens onion cut up in them, hot water cornbread, and hot sauce. Good eating❤!

Collards green with smoked pork meat and cornbread are good eating foods, but I do need white rice to go with it. Yes, I am a true southern at heart. I grew up learning that white rice was a part of our daily dinner meal time, even when we had spaghetti sauce to go over our spaghetti noodles. Because someone is asking for the rice. 😊
