Jeff, I had everything but the onion for this at home. We just made and ate it. It’s absolutely delicious!! Some went home with brother-in-law, most got eaten by husband, myself and our picky son. There’s even a portion left for lunch tomorrow! One change I made: I only used about half the bbq sauce, and it was plenty. I also added about 1/4 cup cream cheese. So quick and tasty. Only cooked for three minutes too to get pasta texture how we like (we made sure to cook the chicken a bit more beforehand.) I can’t wait for your new book, it sounds perfect for us. I have the other three already. Thanks!

My butcher section pre-packages diced pork. I sub that for chicken in our genius Jeffrey's Bacon Jalapeño Popper recipe. I prep the pork cubes with the Oxo bladed meat tenderizer before pressure cooking. I AM biased towards pork and will sub it in this one too!

OMG when can we PreOrder? We go camping spring through fall and I bring my Instant Pot and you’r 3 cook books. We go off grid and use a solar generator for all electric. There could be 3 couples camping together and I always end up cooking something every day in the Pot. You are my cooking guide, while guiding couples in the middle of nowhere. 👍🏻

I'm going to have a look for sliced jarred banana peppers, so I will reserve judgement. Visually, this dish looks wonderful. Thanks, Jereremy for the effort anbd work creating a new and different recipe.
