I nearly spilled myself over the aisle when I rolled over to the soft drinks section and found out the sodium level in pepsi. Mothaf-.
the body will self regulate the blood pressure when the sodium level increases too high by… peeing out. by peeing out, the body slowly removes the sodium and excess water in the body. better worrying about sugar intake since our body does not have the same capacity to regulate weight gain with increasing sugar level.
I had lunch and sprinkled a tbsp of fish sauce on my rice before watching this video. 😭😭😭

low salt is much more detrimetal to health than high salt.
A low-sodium diet is actually more harmful to health, especially if you're living in a tropical country like Singapore or Indonesia because you excrete more sweat; I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on the internet, but I'd recommend reading "The Salt Fix" by Dr James Dinicolantonio
The extreme challenge is for every person to live with zero tablespoon of sugar & salt per day

One teaspoon of salt is not a low sodium diet, that is over 3000 mg a day. Low sodium is suppose to around 1250-1500 a day.
Being diagnosed with secondary lymphedema ( not born with it ) I really have to limit my sodium intake , it's surprising the foods that contain sodium.
Salt is essential for our body, however, too much salt is also bad for us. We should neither be eating over-excessive amounts of salt nor be eating too little salt. We should do and eat everything in moderation including moderating how much we moderate xD
What about ikan billis, dried ikan kembong, tenggiri the indian preserved yoghurt chillies?

EAT SALT IS VERY GUD…EAT FRESH SALT…ADD SALT INTO COOKING AFTER ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTE AFTER THE FIRE IS TURNED OFF …THIS METHOD MAKE THE SALT FRIENDLY TO OUR BODY AND GIVE A LOT OF BENEFITS AND NOT ENEMY….SO AVOID PUTTING SALT INTO COOKING WHEN FIRE IS STILL ON IT MAKES SALT BECOME ENEMY…PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH METHOD (MUSLIM METHOD)
127/88 is already pre-hypertension and the doctor said it’s normal? Siao!
Salt/sodium is not the culprit, it’s the excessive processed carbohydrates you are eating that contributes to high blood pressure.
