    Holly, on carbon if I've kept my calories in check but macros did not meal goals should I check that I was compliant or no? Always low on protein, I just can't eat all that protein, so usually too many carbs too. But calories on point

    Great tips!! I have posted this before but still haven't gotten a response and would greatly appreciate one 🙂
    I have been watching a lot of your videos and have The Complete Reverse Dieting Guide. I am in Week 8 of my reverse and plan to keep going for at least 12 weeks. If I were to become pregnant, how do you suggest reverse dieting and then doing your fat loss cycles? Do you just do maintenance calories and macros during pregnancy or can you still do reverse dieting and then do fat loss cycles? I am sitting at about 35% body fat, 162 lbs, 5' 4 ", 37 years old, and I train lifting 3-4 times a week and cardio 2 times per week. I am trying to fix my metabolism after years of calorie deficit. I am eating about 2300 cals per day and am SO SURPRISED that I have not gained one ounce and even have lost weight and body fat since I started 8 weeks ago. I have not eaten this much since, well probably never. I tried emailing on your site and did not get a reply. I was hoping to hear back from you. Thanks, Courtney

    This is why you have so many fans, you keep it real. The tips are super helpful & relevant but you point out that you're only human and sometime life gets in the way & it doesn't mean you give up. Just get back to it. These behaviour videos are more helpful than typical "fat loss" videos.

    Can you please make a video on the best mindset to lose weight (not as prep for a show / maintaining), say if you have a large amount of weight to shift and you need to keep focus and not go crazy when the scale doesn't go down etc.
