Why is it that after a month on carnivore diet for the first time in my life (46) I had not only very high cholesterol (I don't mind) but also triglycerides AND glucose, I was shocked to see that. I have always had PERFECT lab results so I couldn't believe the diet I believed in so much did that to me. I went back to eating carbs but I'm thinking of giving the carnivore diet another go. I sure ate dairy, but didn't drink milk, only quality cheeses and small amounts of heavy cream. I suffer from digestive issues, always have, I'm very skinny and I lose weight overnight significantly if I'm stressed (which I am most of the time). In the beginning I was very calm on this diet but after 3 weeks I think my cortisol levels were so high I wanted to explode. I also have to say that I hate meat so I eat it ONLY because I know it's good for me and to prevent weight loss. I would be a happy carnivore eating all animal products except meat 🙂 Anyone has any suggestions or has similar experience?

I’m not really sure without seeing bloodwork and comprehensive medical tests that it was diet alone. There are marathon runners that are vegan. I mean did she exercise at all? There’s not enough data to determine what went wrong… bad genetics….etc

This is not bc of veganism. The effort that the body has to do when bearing children lowers immune system to only 20% for the mother – the child is protected. Any viruses / bacteria / fungi or other pathogens that were in the body are having a fiest after birth. When a woman has period, and even before it, the immune system is super weekend, that is why all viruses / bacteria attack and acne pops up – the reproductive system is more important. Stress also lowers immune system response hugely. There are plenty of viruses that can attack heart muscles. Same would happen with any other diet. For example: how many fresh mothers get hashimoto after birth? MANY. Just think about it. And then the stress of being totally alone with a not supporting husband? This lady was on a rollercoaster.

Vegan is not enough, even raw, there are needed support supplements for boosting immune system, like goldenseal, echinacea. Anxiety is a symptom of high load of heavy metals in body. And the daughter also is loaded with it, it seems. The lady still has all the pathogens load but now she feeds it meat and eggs – there are tons of viruses that were grown on eggs in labs! That is why it helps. Life is hard. We need to cleanse to starve pathogens and get rid of heavy metals in advance – very specific claenses! Source: Medical Medium. Btw. his diet is not vegan but excludes meat (and definitely eggs) that feed pathogens.

The meat butter bacon will feed and multiply the pathogens that will grow stronger and in low immunity they will attack again. Get the MM books to learn more.

I am not saying that ppl should do veganism, and specially "any" veganism. If someone wants to eat meat and eggs, or if it helps them, they should def do it. What I wrote is a different take on this topic. What the lady says is true and what is written here is true as well.

Did she even attempt a balanced diet with meat, fruits, vegetables, and grains? Or did she just go right from vegan to carnivore? Why didn’t she just add meat to her diet instead of switching to meat only?

I hope she looks up Sally Norton just in case her body decides to detox all the toxins from her vegan diet. Carnivore was a dream for me for about a month then the detoxing started. If I wasn’t aware of the symptoms or what could happen like heart palpitations etc , I would have blamed the carnivore diet and quit like many do.

I was vegan for almost 7 years and it nearly destroyed me physically and mentally. I got caught up in the ideology. Veganism is a cult that celebrates human suffering. It’s pure evil wrapped in this fake cloak of compassion. Day 9 of being carnivore and I can’t believe the transformation even in just this short time.

Man if there’s ever been someone I wish I could reach through the screen and give a big hug too, it’s her….so glad she’s come through the other side 👍 to good health. Btw the only good thing the vegan diet did for her was it got rid of that pos husband who didn’t understand “in sickness or health or in health” helped her weed out the trash in her life (pun intended)

Vegan for 12 years. Multiple health problems never thought it was the way I was eating. Went Carnivore almost a year ago now. I started vegan to get rid of weight and Diabetes as they promised when I did some research. Diabetes was out of control after a few years. I had lost some weight but started having other problems like memory problems and falling down stairs cause my legs were so weak. Broke my toes on both feet and multiple other problems I couldn’t figure out why. I finally got tired of being sick and having raging diabetes and went online and found Dr Berry talking about Carbs and carnivore way of eating. My angels told me to go back to meat. So I dove in and followed him and his suggestions. Three months into it I did my first A1C test and for the first time in about 10 years my A1C test was under double digits! I just felt over all better. At six months my A1C was down to the low 8 area! My memory was so much better and my health problems were going away. I am in month 11 now and A1C in the mid 5’s! Hopefully I will be in the 4’s for Christmas. IBS is gone, blood pressure way down. Dental health has vastly improved. My skin is 85 % better. I look younger and my memory is unstoppable! I am excited about life again after serious depression on the vegetables. I have since then learned vegetables were making me sick and beans and rice were making me sick. No vegetables for me anymore or fruit. I now stay 20g or less carbs with 0 sugar. I no longer recommend to anyone going vegan! I am ever so grateful to be out of my brainwashed vegan state. My freezer is loaded with meat now and I start to panic if it gets low.

Hey Joey. Isn't it so odd that when u take your animal, cat/dog to the vet when theyre feeling sick, first thing they ask is," what r u feeding them?" They ask what the animals diet is, but not a human in crisis? Like wow. ☹️

I grew up in a home where we had meat at every meal. My best friends family was vegetarian and she constantly teased me for eating meat and being unhealthy.
Then her mom got altzheimers at 45 and her brother got diabetes at 28. Even though they were very fit and active.

Your steak coming out hard may not be all your fault, some stores charge premium prices for their steak and it’s not good quality and is tough, the best quality for the best price for ribeye steaks I’ve ever had is from Costco… worth it for the yearly membership if there’s one in driving distance ( I think it’s $60 per year) the Aldi in my town has very decent ribeye… I bought a small Weber gas grill and it does an awesome job for steak’s but you can also cook a decent steak in a $25 cast iron skillet too! I’m sure someone has a YouTube video on it😊

I really enjoyed the interview, and the work you are doing at such a young age. You have a lot of time ahead of you as an influencer in this space. I hope you will be able to have a follow up interview in another year.

Four months of keto saved me – scary blood test numbers all healed up and fixed. I too experienced that thought – why did I eat "a balanced meal" all those years, slowly killing myself (with too many carbs). I'm trying to focus on the time I have left and am grateful I did keto – am thinking about trying carnivore to see if it's better.
