Girl you make cooking so easy and I tell you my family loves it. I do but vegetables in mine for sure but not all the ones you eat my family eats. So I add what we eat and they love it. The chicken lemon rice one, how would I do it with orzo? My boyfriend can’t eat rice so I have to use pasta instead. I really want to make it
This is so fun, because I used to make your first casserole pretty much as a salad! I would take a large bowl of greens (usually romaine, because it's crispy). Then we'd add cooked pasta, cheddar, corn, black beans, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado if it was ripe. We'd mix it up and toss it with bbq ranch dressing. We would eat it with tortilla chips or Fritos. Sometimes we would use rice instead of pasta. I will have to try the hot version.

All of these casseroles sound and look absolutely delicious. I've tried the potato sausage casserole, but I used kielbasa sausage instead of the Italian and it was very good. Would like to try it with ham one day.
