3 cups of milk to 1/4 C Rice. Is too much milk. Milk did not boil or thicken. Cooked for another 20 minutes, still runny but now milk burned to the pot. 😢
Delicious, I made this today and instead of sugar I added a can of condensed milk. It turned out really well.
